Return & Replacement Policy

At The Trade Aura Books, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer both Return and Replacement under the guidelines below.
Eligibility Timeframe
 
•Returns and replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  1. Damaged Book Received
  2. Incorrect Book Received
If the product delivered is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
•Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
•Provide clear photos/video of the book and packaging
•After verification, we will process either:
 Replacement
  1. Full refund (if replacement is not available) 
  2. Refund is provided only for approved return cases
After we receive and inspect the returned book, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days
•Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping Charges
•Customer pays for return shipping for normal returns
•If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
 How to Request Return or Replacement
Email us at - support@thetradeaura.com 
with:
  1. Order ID
  2. Full Name
  3. Reason for return/replacement
  4. Photos/video (only if damaged/incorrect product)
Important Notes
•Orders without proof of damage/inaccuracy after 2 days of delivery will not qualify under “damaged shipment” category
•Books returned in used or altered condition will be returned to the customer without refund
